 | A 1/3 deposit is required upon booking. Hunt will not be reserved until deposit is received. |
| The balance of your booked hunt is due prior to hunting. |
| Other hunts/animals may be added after arrival. |
| A BGSA Hunting License must be purchased prior to hunting. BGSA Hunting Licenses are available at Hedge Hollow Ranch for $10. |
| Cash, personal checks, Visa and MaterCard are acceptable methods of payment. |

| No Game, No Pay Policy... |
| If, for some reason, you do not harvest an animal, you only pay for lodging, meals, license and guide fee. |
| Wounded game will be considered harvested game and will be paid for in full by the hunter. All efforts will be made by ranch staff to retrieve the animal and return it to the hunter. |
| No Game, No Pay policy excludes bird hunting and fishing. |

| Firearms and Alcohol Restrictions... |
| Do NOT chamber a round until AFTER your game is spotted. |
| NO loaded firearms will be allowed inside the lodge. |
| NO discharging of firearms is allowed within the lodge's fenced area. |
| NO firearm will be discharged without the guide's permission. |
| NO handling of firearms after alcohol is consumed. |
| Alcohol will NOT be provided by Hedge Hollow Ranch. |

| All property and personnel of Hedge Hollow Ranch are to be treated with respect and courtesy. |
| Any person not following these rules will be asked to leave the ranch. |
